Should I trust a freelancer to get the job done?

I've seen or heard it all - clients not sure of trusting their businesses with overseas freelancers thinking it's impossible to work with someone who lives on the other side of the planet. When the pandemic struck, companies all over the globe instantly felt it's effect, layoffs, sudden loss of income, losing faith in their business, mental health issues the list goes on. However, working remotely has opened the possibility of working with different nationalities, some of which have excelled in their line of work. I was lucky enough to work with different clients from different countries throughout my career, all of which I have enjoyed learning new skill sets from and introducing some new ideas from my background as well. Working with a freelancer is a promising opportunity to expand your enterprise globally. It doesn't matter what country you're from, as long as we understand the clients long-term goals, any freelancer can achieve instant success. There's harmony when a client and freelancer focuses on the same ambition, and strive to support each other.
